Hood View Passive House

We are excited to share a new passive house project currently in development in Hood River, Oregon.

Designed for a family relocating from Texas and seeking a stronger connection to the Pacific Northwest landscape and lifestyle, the home emphasizes energy efficiency, durability, wellness, and long-term sustainability. The design balances high-performance building strategies with warm, livable spaces that respond to the surrounding orchard landscape and mountain views.

As interest in passive house principles continues to grow throughout the region, we are excited to keep exploring how sustainable design can create homes that are both environmentally responsible and deeply personal.
