Summer Intern | Architecture

This summer, Risa Boyer Architecture is welcoming Mayzie to the team as an architecture intern! Raised here in Portland, Mayzie brings a deep appreciation for the local architectural landscape alongside a lifelong passion for design and architectural history.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Boston University, Mayzie will enter her junior year this fall, completing a major in Architecture with a minor in Mathematics. She serves as a board member for BU's Undergraduate Architecture Association, the graphic and layout designer for the university newspaper, and a city writer for the school magazine.

Driven by a long-term goal of becoming a licensed architect, Mayzie is excited to immerse herself in RBA’s projects this summer. Outside of the studio, you can find her biking, going to movie theaters, and exploring the city.
